We identify experienced operators and project developers with a proven track record of more than 10 years and a shared commitment to strong governance. We establish long-term partnerships across the asset life cycle, from planning and construction through commercial development, commissioning and operations to reporting and decommissioning.
We rigorously assess technical requirements and performance, regulatory and grid conditions, local market dynamics, offtake arrangements and key financial and operational metrics. By benchmarking opportunities against asset-level performance standards, we seek to identify top-decile investment opportunities.
We optimise the commercial, regulatory, tax, risk and operational frameworks of each investment to enhance resilience, mitigate downside risks and maximise sustainable, risk-adjusted returns throughout the asset life cycle.
We build enduring partnerships with operating partners, municipalities and local communities, aligning interests, fostering stakeholder acceptance and creating lasting value for all parties.
